Once again, I cannot stress this enough. Read the txt file! Visit the link provided for an online tutorial. One that also has pictures for guides. One that will teach you the techniques you need to know in order to use these brushes properly! If you are for any reason unable to view the site, send me a message and I will gladly assist you myself. Part of the mastering of the usage of these brushes is in the technique. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have spent 2 hours writing out a tutorial to assist you. Thanks for your interest!

um...belive it or not,the brushes r ...fairy dust brushes ...O.o how come?:/Thought they were heir brushes....

No, they are hair brushes. If you look at thew tutorial for them here: [link] You will be able to use them properly. You're not setting the spacing and that is why you're only getting speckled dots everywhere. Or as you say, fairy dust.
